Payment will be conveniently processed via POS (Point of Sale). You just need to have your credit or debit card handy to complete the transaction at the time of booking. It’s quick, secure, and ensures your spot for water fun!
Cancellation Policy
We want your experience with PuntoZero to be as flexible and thrilling as possible! We understand that plans can change, so here’s our cancellation and booking change policy:
- Need to cancel your reservation? No problem! If you decide to cancel up to 2 weeks before the activity date, we will refund 100% of your payment. If you cancel up to 1 week before, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within the last 3 days cannot be refunded.
- Prefer to change the date or time of your reservation? Great! You can do so up to 3 days before your scheduled jet ski adventure. Just remember that changes are subject to availability, so book in advance to secure your spot in the fun!
- What about unpredictable weather? If weather conditions make it impossible to carry out the activity on the scheduled date, don’t worry! You have two options: you can reschedule the activity for another date if available, or if you prefer, we will fully refund your booking amount.
